Transformation at the Threshold
They say time heals all wounds, but I’ve found that healing takes more than time. It takes intention, support, and the courage to show up for yourself, even when things feel broken. At The Knowing Place, I offer a grounded, individualized approach to help you connect with your own knowing while holding a vision for your courageous comeback, no matter the setback.

“There is a knowing place within you and I’m here to help you listen to it.”
Hi, I’m Heidi, here with my partner Ruby.
I understand the threshold of profound loss and the way it can reshape a life. These in-between spaces often hold both deep pain and the possibility of change. My work is grounded in the belief that healing is not one-size-fits-all, but shaped by the whole person-your story, your strengths, and the supports available to you.
Through both professional training and lived experience, I’ve come to understand that there is rarely a single path through grief, transition, or emotional pain. Instead, healing unfolds over time, often in moments where we are learning how to carry what feels unthinkable while still moving forward in small, meaningful ways.
This perspective continues to inform the way I walk alongside clients—offering steady, compassionate support as they navigate their own thresholds of change, loss, and becoming.
