Support Through Life’s Challenging Seasons
Thoughtful, collaborative support for navigating change, uncertainty, relationships, and the more complex parts of being human.
Working Together
In my work, I meet people in a steady, collaborative process where we begin with what is present for you, what you are navigating, what feels unclear, and what feels most important to understand.
We move through this work thoughtfully, with attention to what feels most important, meaningful, and true to your experience. Together, we create greater understanding, clarity, and a more grounded relationship with your own experience.
People often reach out when they are navigating grief, relationship strain, anxiety, life transitions, caregiving stress, identity shifts, or experiences that feel difficult to sort through alone.
Others may be working through long-standing patterns, emotional overwhelm, family dynamics, questions about direction or purpose, or the lingering effects of painful experiences that continue to shape daily life.
Not every experience fits neatly into a category, and our work begins with understanding what feels most important and meaningful to you.
What Has Shaped My Approach
For more than 26 years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside people as they navigate some of life’s most challenging, meaningful, and transformative moments.
My experience as a clinical social worker includes 16 years of service within a Native American community, a decade in hospice care, and many years supporting individuals and families through grief, caregiving, relationship strain, life transitions, and experiences that are often difficult to put into words.
Over time, this work has shaped a grounded and thoughtful approach, one that values reflection, collaboration, and the understanding that people carry deep knowledge of their own lives when given the opportunity to slow down and listen to it.
