Healing isn’t Linear, and there’s no one path through it.
These integrative services are here to meet you at the threshold of your own becoming—with gentleness, respect, and deep attunement.
Rooted in the rhythms of nature and the balancing principles of the Medicine Wheel, my approach weaves together clinical insight, intuitive healing, and embodied practices. Whether through coaching, Reiki, or Healing Touch™, each session creates space to return to your center—body, mind, spirit, and story.
This work is especially supportive during times of transition, growth, or inner unrest, and may be a good fit if you’re navigating:
Life transitions
Personal growth
Goal setting
Resilience building
Career or life direction changes
Stress management
Reconnection with self and values
Creativity and self-expression
Spiritual growth
Generational and ancestral trauma
Support in a Natural Setting
Step out of the usual and into something deeper. These coaching sessions take place in a one-of-a-kind setting—where a cozy office opens to trees, sky, and the quiet presence of horses. Whether we meet indoors, outside beneath the trees, or connect remotely, the natural environment remains part of the experience. Even from a distance, you’ll be invited into the landscape through imagery, reflection, and grounded presence. This is transformation at the threshold—supported by the wisdom of nature, grounded in who you are, and open to who you’re becoming.
Acknowledgments
I share the Medicine Wheel here with reverence for its Native American and First Nations origins, honoring the wisdom it holds about living in balance with ourselves, our communities, and the natural world.
We acknowledge that our work takes place on the traditional homelands of the Wahpekute Dakota people. We honor their enduring relationship with this land—its waters, winds, seasons, all living beings, and the generations who have cared for them before us. In our work, we recognize that every threshold of change is connected to the living world around us, and we commit to walking that path with respect, gratitude, and awareness.
