Background
For over 26 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people through life’s most challenging and transformative moments. My work has included serving in a Native American community for 16 years, a decade in hospice care, and now into private practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Certified Trauma and Grief Professional, and Master Life Coach. I draw on both evidence-based therapies and integrative practices including Reiki, Healing Touch, Sound Healing, Mindfulness, and nature-based approaches.
