Gift cards can be applied to any Integrative service offered by The Knowing Place—coaching, Integrative sessions, groups, sound baths, retreats, and other non-clinical offerings. They cannot be used for clinical mental health therapy services.

No. Gift cards never expire, so the recipient can wait until the timing feels right.

When the recipient is ready, they simply:
Visit the website and choose their preferred service.
Enter the unique gift card code at checkout.
If their session costs more than the gift amount, they can pay the remaining balance with a card.
Once the transaction has been received, The Knowing Place will reach out within 24 business hours to schedule a specific time.

Yes. Any remaining balance stays on the card and can be used for future bookings until the full amount is used.

Yes. Gift cards are fully transferable. You can simply forward the confirmation email (and unique code) to another person. Please remind them to treat the code like cash.

If you can’t find your email, reach out via the contact form or email listed on the site with your name and purchase details. If we can verify the purchase, we’ll do our best to resend the information.

In most cases, gift card purchases are non-refundable. If you have a special circumstance, please reach out and we’ll talk it through.
